First, have to prepare all the ingredients first, need a rolling map, Japanese rise (珍珠米), vinegar (酢), roasted seaweed, cucumber, carrot, eggs
rolling map especially for making sushi~~
Japanese Rice, after it cooked, it is very sticky~~~
vegetables I prefer, u may use other vege to replace it..
eggs~~~
Japanese Seaweed, it is use for the base of Sushi~
Start~~
better place a plastic paper on the rolling map, as the rice is sticky, so it may stick on ur rolling map when u rolled the rice...
Carrot,cucumber and egg are cut into slice and place on top of the rice..

sorry,this is the "failure" one..i couldn't make the seaweed wrap all the rice...lolzzz..it really need technique to rolled it ...
ahaha...after trying for several time, this one "consider" the success one.. cute???
after that,use a knife to cut into small pieces...i know the sushi doesn't look like the real sushi...however, i have already put the effort into it...i am still satisfy with it...hahaha...taste not bad...lolzz

i like it- Sushi~~~Making sushi really not an easy task, it need patience and skill...before that, i thought just use a seaweed to rolled the rice into a roll is a very simple job...Nonono,i am totally wrong...so, wait till June Semester break, i will try to make the different one again... Need more research before making the sushi...^^
